How can condemnation be righteousness? It can’t be!
“But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.”
Romans 7:6 KJV
The law is not sin, but it keeps showing us our sins and transgressions, if we focus on our sins we will sin. In contrast, the Grace of our Savior, Yeshua Ha-Mashiach, Jesus the Messiah, reveals to us our Salvation, if we focus solely on Salvation and walk in His spirit, we will have no desire to sin, and our spirit along with His Spirit will overpower our sinful nature.
“…We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens;”
Hebrews 8:1 KJV
If Yeshua is our High Priest, then we are “…the righteousness of God in him.” 2 Corinthians 5:21 KJV
For, “And there shall be, like people, like priest: and I will punish them for their ways, and reward them their doings.” Hosea 4:9 KJV. Yeshua was perfect, yet the Father punished Him in our stead, we no longer have to remain in our transgressions, but live our life in His Grace and Peace.
You are in a courtroom, Father God is the Judge and you are the defendant. Yeshua walks into the courtroom and says to you, “Do you want me to be your prosecutor or defense attorney? If I am your prosecutor, you will have to represent yourself and your testimony will not hold. However, if you allow me to be your attorney My defense will stand, nothing or no one can surpass my testimony. My blood washes everything away, past, present and future. What do you choose?”
Everybody is faced or will be faced with a similar scenario. What will you choose?
